AMANDA BALLING, ESQ.
Prior to forming Balling Law, P.C., Amanda spent her career at the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office. Amanda focused on representing victims and prosecuting child abuse cases. She focused on ensuring that child victims received the justice they deserved by holding their abusers accountable. Amanda prosecuted some of the most difficult cases in Monroe County, including child sexual abuse cases, child physical abuse cases, sexual crimes against adults, crimes involving domestic violence as well as homicide cases. Her significant litigation experience (Amanda handled thousands of cases during her career at the DA’s Office), coupled with her passion for helping families, led her to start Balling Law, P.C., so that she could reach a larger segment of the community. In her spare time, Amanda loves spending time with her own family, her extended family and enjoying the wonderful things that the Finger Lakes Region and Western New York have to offer (Go Bills!).
